01How long does it take for the carpets to dry?
On average it takes maximum 3-4 hours for carpets to dry.
02Do you move furniture?
We can move most furniture like small tables, chairs and sofas. If tables are to be moved please ensure anything that is breakable/delicate is removed from it. We cannot move beds, entertainment units, china cabinets, electronics, oversized or fragile furniture.
03What method of payments do you accept?
We accept CASH, Cheque, E-transfer, Visa, Master Card
04How can I prepare for my cleaning?
Before we arrive, if possible, please vacuum all the areas. If small tables need to be moved, remove anything breakable or delicate first.
05Will I know the price before you start?
Yes. A pre-inspection is performed and the exact price is given before cleaning. Pet stain treatment costs extra and is not included in regular cleaning.
06Can you clean my business outside opening hours?
Yes. Commercial cleaning can be arranged overnight, on weekends, and on holidays. We also offer commercial dry cleaning that dries in 1 to 2 hours.
07Which areas do you serve?
We service Kelowna, Vernon, and the entire Okanagan Valley, including Armstrong, Lumby, Falkland, Fintry, Oyama, Lake Country, Winfield, and West Kelowna.
